Dallas, TX, September 16, 2019 – Dr. Diana Foster, CEO at Total Clinical Trial Management, is an invited presenter at the Operational Excellence in Clinical Trials (OECT) Summit in Toronto, Canada. The two-day conference and workshop focuses on study feasibility, site management, and patient recruitment and retention and is held in Toronto, Canada in September 2019. Dr. Foster will lead a session titled “The CRO/Site Relationship: The Critical Nature of a Site Centric Approach.”
Dr. Foster will outline key areas during the clinical study process recognizing the site is central to overall study conduct and how to create a partnering dynamic, while integrating communication as a priority between site/project manager.
Sensitivity to payment/contracts and budget items through the recruitment process highlights opportunities for Sites and CROs to develop collaborative relationships. TCTM was founded on the principle that more focus is needed on the CRO/Site relationship, and attributes enrollment success to the emphasis placed on supporting sites throughout a study.
